Shipping

  • Orders ship the same or next business day (Monday–Friday).

  • Ground delivery arrives in 1–3 business days to most U.S. addresses.

Returns

  • Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, email sales@dnadistributors.com or call 800-563-2814 with your order number. We'll send return instructions.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method once the returned product reaches our Lake Zurich, IL warehouse and is inspected.

  • If we made an error — wrong item, or damaged or defective on arrival — the return is free. We send a prepaid label and ship a replacement or refund you in full.

  • For all other returns, the customer pays return shipping.

  • For health and safety reasons, opened, used, or sterile-packaged items with broken seals can't be returned.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Tell us as soon as possible after delivery, and include photos if you can. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
